V-100 Premium Sealer is a recommended for Interior or Exterior applications. It is extremely durable and will provide a protective

coating to new or aged concrete or brick. It is a professional grade product with recommended applications on concrete and brick

pavers. It can be applied over unsealed or previously sealed or painted areas.

Description

Primary Applications

Vital Coat Paver Protector Pro is a water-based two-part Acrylic – Epoxy system that will provide an exceptional level of protection

to Pavers. Its unique formula is enhanced with cross linking technology to achieve maximum boding to most any surface in a short

amount of time. It is easy to apply, low in VOC, and low odor. It will enhance the color and look of your pavers with a natural, clear,

low gloss coating. Once applied it will will inhibit growth of Mold and Mildew and will stabilize the joint sand in between your pavers.

The ambient dried coating will have excellent resistance to solvents such as Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK), Acetone and Isopropyl

Alcohol. Detergents and cleaners will not remove this coating. It also resists staining.

Shelf Life

This product has a shelf life of up to one year in its original, sealed, unopened container prior to any activator or catalyst being added.

If product appears to be hardened or separated contact Vital Coat before use.

Directions for Use Surface Preparation: Concrete and masonry surfaces must be dry, structurally sound, free of loose or deteriorated concrete and free of dust, dirt, paint, efflorescence, oil and all other contaminants. For wood, remove and water damaged materials and clean surfaces free of any mildew, mold, soaps, detergents and any other contaminants. Do not apply if rain is in the forecast within 24 hours.
