ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

INSPECT ITEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL. IF THERE IS

ANY DAMAGE OR OBVIOUS DEFECT, DO NOT INSTALL.

ITEM MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED.

1. Join parts (E) (F) & (G) together by tighten the washer (H) and nut (I).

Tighten with open wrench (L).

2. Pull the wire until taut.

3. Insert light bulb into socket.

4. Attach the handle of shade (A) to socket tube (B).

5. Attach glass shield (J) into bottom of shade (A) and tighten it as shown.

6. Remove protective plastic covering (J) from electrical prongs (K.).

7. Plug lamp cord into wall outlet.

ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Loosen set screw (C) by wrench (D) provided.

2. To adjust the height of lamp ﬁxture, hold the lower pole steadily, pulling or

pushing upper inner pole up or down to desired height and swing lamp arm

to desired position.

3. Tighten set screw (C).
