ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION GUIDE
WE RECOMMEND INSTALLATION OF THIS LIGHTING FIXTURE BE DONE BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.
WARNING *** SWITCH OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FROM THE MAIN FUSE BOX/CIRCUIT
BREAKER BEFORE INSTALLATION.
INSPECT ITEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL. IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE OR
OBVIOUS DEFECT, DO NOT INSTALL.
ITEM MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED.
1. Remove back plate (A) with mounting plate (B) from fixture base (F) by unscrewing base screws (G).
2. Remove mounting plate (B) from back plate (A) by unscrewing cap nuts (E).
3. Affix mounting plate (B) onto ceiling outlet box with mounting screws (E).
4. Connect the hot wire from the fixture (BLACK) to the hot wire from ceiling outlet box (usually BLACK).
5. Fasten them together with a plastic wire connector provided and wrap connection with electrical tape.
6. Repeat this procedure for the WHITE neutral wires from the light fixture to the wire from ceiling outlet box (usually
WHITE).
7. Connect ground wire from the light fixture (bare copper) to ground wire from ceiling outlet box (usually green or
copper in color).
8. Attach back plate (A) to ceiling outlet box, letting both rods (C) pass through both holes on back plate (A). and secure
with cap nut (E).
9. Replace fixture base (F) to back plate (A), tighten with base screws (G).
10. Insert light bulb into socket.
11. Open glass ring (K) by pulling plug (J), loosen set screw (H) using allen key (M) provided. Attach glass bowl (L) to
glass ring (K) and secure with set screws (H). Close glass bowl (L) with glass ring (K) to fixture base (F) and secure
by inserting plug (J) into side loop on glass ring (K).
