ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION GUIDE
INSPECT ITEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL. IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE OR
OBVIOUS DEFECT, DO NOT INSTALL.
ITEM MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED.
1. INCLUDED IN BOX: (Not to Scale)
A. 3 pcs - Slotted flat head screw
B. 1 pc - Table Top
C. 1 pc - Table Base
2. Turn the table top upside down to a protective surface, place the table base (B) on the backside of the table top
(A). Align the holes on top of the table base (B) with the threaded holes on backside of table top (A), insert slotted flat
head screw (C) into the holes to secure table top (A) & table base (B).
3. Turn over the assembled table. Assembly is complete.

Step 1.
Carefully open the packaging and clear packaging material from assembly area.
Place all components on a protective surface.
Step 2.
Turn the table top upside down to a protective surface, place the table base (B) on the backside of the table top (A). Align the holes on
top of the table base (B) with the threaded holes on backside of table top (A), insert slotted flat head screw (C) into the holes to secure
table top (A) & table base (B). (Fig. 1)
Step 3.
Turn over the assembled table. Assembly is complete. (Fig. 2)
