All of the Smart VLS2 Transmission and Recording devices are
BS8418:2010 compliant, with a >16000 event log and End of Line
(EoL) monitored alarm inputs - with dedicated BS8418 setting in
the alarm menu.

VIBRATION PROTECTED HARD DRIVE
Developed specifically for mobile applications, the 2.5” IDE
removable hard drive sits on a shock absorbent platform, allowing
for highly robust and reliable performance
FLEXIBLE POWER SUPPLY WITH INTEGRATED TRANSFORMER
Each unit receives its power from the host vehicle, making the
8 to 40V DC wide-ranging power supply ideal for the majority
of applications. the 12V DC cameras are then powered via the
integrated voltage transformer contained within the SmartMobile
units
MULTIPLE NETWORK AND DIAL-UP SUPPORT
The integrated multi-unicast server allows for multiple connections
over wireless LAN and GSM/GPRS networks
ALARM CONNECTION WITH VIDEO TRANSMISSION TO
MONITORING CENTRES
Should an alarm be triggered, either manually or via an event,
the driver will receive immediate support and verification of the
incident. Additionally an operator can monitor the location of the
vehicle at any time
