VID DETECTORS FEATURES DESCRIPTION
Anti tamper protection When the detector is set up it’s alignment is automatically stored. Moving the detector’s position
will trigger the advanced anti-vandal features and the detector will issue a tamper alarm.
Adaptive threshold discrimination Reduces the number of nuisance alarms by constantly averaging and adjusting the threshold.
Double curtain coverage The deferential sensor eliminates unwanted alarms by rejecting any signal received simultaneously
by the two curtain sensors.
Designed for mounting > 2.5m The detector is desiged to be mounted above 2.5m making it secure from inteferance.
Internal protection The internal tamper switch will alarm when the detector’s case is opened.
Stand-alone passive IR detector Provides cheaper and simpler installation and alignment.
Internal temperature compensation This prevents condensation and ensures reliable operation under extreme weather conditions.
Computer designed optical system Provides excellent uniformity in coverage over the full detection range.
Walk tester The Optional Walk tester ensures that the installer has aligned the detector correctly with the
cameras view.
