CAMERA RANGE FEATURES DESCRIPTION
Camera mounted 18” from ground Mounted at only 18” from the ground the camera is ideal for capturing vehicle number plates at
short distances, such as barriers, in so doing number plates will not be missed due to tailgating.
24hr operation The built-in monochrome camera and infra red illuminator allows for 24-hour operation in varying
lighting and weather conditions.
Three camera options There are three camera options in the range, 5m (read range 3 - 5m), 7m (read range 5 - 7m)
& 12m (read range 7 - 12m), this gives the installer the flexibility in mounting the bollard, the
optimum distance behind the barrier is 2m.
Works with 98% of all UK number plates All non-military vehicle use infra red retro-reflective number plates. The lighting and filtering
technologies found in the Vista Bollard cameras over come issues such as headlight glare and
allow the camera to concentrate on reading the number plate. For military plates please contact
your account manager.
Adjustable camera angles An adjustable camera angle is essential as not all installations can occur on level ground.
Tough discreet housing The 0.9mm steel housing is only 90cm high, giving it a low profile so that it is not physically and
visually obtrusive.
