Replacing the External Fuses
If none of the lights on the VE-810 are illuminated, it is possible that one of the external
fuses are blown. Follow the procedure below to change the external fuses.
1. Unplug the power cable that goes into the back of the VE-810.
2. Use a small flat blade screwdriver to pop the fuse and voltage select cartridge open.
See Figure 5.14, Step 1.
3. Pull up on the locking tab and pull out the fuse holder. See Figure 5.14, Steps 2 and 3.
4. Pull the two fuses out of the fuse holder and replace them with two new 5-amp fuses.
5. Slide the fuse holder back into the fuse box and then slide the fuse box back into the
fuse and voltage select cartridge.
