CHANGES
SPRINT 8 is an anaerobically-
based interval program. It is
effective in recruiting fast twitch
muscle fibers and improving
athletic performance. Medical
research supports that this type
of exercise will help combat
somatopause, which inflicts adults
in middle-age and is signified by
weight gain, muscle loss,
wrinkled skin, and lack of energy.
