HIGH SOUND PRESSURE LEVELS
Ceiling speakers inherently lack
power at the bottom end, so we’ve
tuned the CS-1600 to have a louder
sensitivity of 90dB to punch through
high-noise presentation environments.
SIMPLE TO FIT
Simple to mount into false ceiling
tiles, the CS-1600 is the audio
contractor’s ultimate product for ease
of installation. Cut a 200mm hole and
t the speaker! It’s clean and easy.
SHALLOW CABINET
Only 5”(128mm) deep, no
compromise needs to be made when
positioning the CS-1600 in the ceiling.
They can be placed optimally around
the room and they t in a wide variety
of false-ceiling environments.
CONVERSION FOR 100V LINE
Where more than two pairs of
speakers are required a “low
impedance” amplier is not
appropriate; in this instance you’d
use a “100v line” amplier which is
designed specically to power many
more speakers. Vision offer 100v line
transformers which can be added to
the CS-1600 to convert them for use
with 100/70v line ampliers.
These optional transformers are sold

The CS-1600 ceiling speakers feature a two-way design which gives
full-bandwidth sound full of bass and clarity. The main driver is a
6.5” polypropylene cone complimented by a 1” ferro-uid cooled silk
tweeter. These low impedance speakers do no sacrice frequency
range in the way that 100/70v line speakers inherently do, and with the
rear cabinet allowing full tuning of internal acoustics the bass is rich and
deep without distortion.
