VISION X XMC 7” LED HEADLIGHT
WIRING DIAGRAM WITH H4 PLUG
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
See wiring Diagram, Figure 1
1. Disconnect vehicle battery prior to installation
2. Review your vehicle manual for detailed instructions for
removing existing factory Headlight housing.
3. Remove Gore-Tex valve cap. See Figure 5.
4. Attach XMC LED Headlight to existing factory H4 plug and
re-install according to your vehicles manual.
5. To wire the LED Halo Daytime Running light (optional),
locate the white wire on the back of the Headlight. Power
the white wire by attaching it to the accessory power of the
vehicle. If there isn’t accessory power available, affi x it to
the blue wire of the XMC Headlight.
6. Re-assemble the Headlight from the instructions in the
detailed factory service manual, making sure no wires
or components of the harness can be pinched during
installation.
7. Re-connect vehicle battery.
8. Test Headlight for Hi and Low function.

Make sure the angle of your light is correct, otherwise adjust
the angle again.
