7. External sources

source, such as an iPod™, can be connected. Therefore
are RCD Jacks (Yellow, red and white) are needed:
The AUX2 connector is located in the storage bag from
the passenger seat.
Note:
Effect on seat adjustment/ weight sensor*, airbag func-
tion and/or damage to cables
Laying cables for an external source to the external
audio-/video source must be performed by an authori-
zed workshop. *Country-specific implementation.
8. Troubleshooting
No sound and/or image:
• Check (with the remote) if the base volume is set
to default state of the volume or mute is activated.
Make sure the headset is on.
• The LED on the headset should be on. If the LED
even after pressing the power button on the headp-
hones remains off, the potteries are empty or not
seated correctly.
• Check the setting of the audio channel (A/B)
Passenger side: Channel A, Drivers side: Channel B.
They have to be corresponding with the monitor.
A=IR1 B=IR2 see page 3/6
• Check with a different DVD/CD if the sound remains
damaged. Check at an external AV-source the con-
necting cable.
Image-/sound disturbances.
• In the immediate vicinity of broadcast towers the
system may experience some disturbance.
• Restart the vision system
Note:
The image-/sound quality depends on the quality of
the DVD/CD.

covered.
