Car manufacturers integrate active headrests to
reduce the risk of whiplash in a collision. These active
headrests make the safe integration of monitors
impossible, because the headrests have a built-in
mechanism that automatically moves the cushion
forward in a collision to catch the head of the driver/
passenger.
The Vision console is a system that’s placed behind
the headrest construction. There is no infringement
on the Euro NCAP classification or on the anti-whip-
lash measures. Another important advantage is that
the position of the headrest has no influence on the
position of the monitor.
The system meets all the safety standards of the car-
industry and is easily transferred into another car.
The console can be covered with
leather in the colour of the interior
or in imitation leather black, beige
or grey.
The steel adapter to the car seat has a black structure
coating. The console fits seamlessly on the car seat.
