IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS
Warning: read the manual carefully befor you start assembling the minibike or when
you start to train.
Warning: before beginning this or any exercise program, consult your physician.
This is especially important for persons with pre-existing health problems. Read all
instructions before using.
- Read all instructions in this manual and all warnings on the mini bike
- It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all users of the mini bike are adequately
informed of all precautions
- The mini bike is intended for home use only
- Keep the mini bike indoors, away from moisture and dust. Place on a level surface, it is suggested
to use a mat underneath to protect the oor or carpet. Make sure there is enough clearance around
the mini bike to mount, dismount the and use it
- Inspect and tighten all parts regularly. Replace any worn parts immediately
- Keep children and pets away from the exerciser at all times
- The mini bike should not be used by persons weighing more than 220 lbs
- Wear appropriate clothes while exercising. Do not wear loose clothes that could become caught in
the mini bike. In addition, wear athletic shoes for foot protection while exercising
- Use the mini bike only as described in the manual
- Always keep your back straight while using the mini bike, do not arch your back
- If you feel pain or dizziness at any time while exercising, stop immediately and begin cooling down
- The mini bike does not have a freewheel; the pedals will continue to move until the ywheel stops
- A WARNING LABEL has been placed on the bottom left of the product (see photo on the back cover)
- Please replace WARNING LABEL on the pedal exerciser if it becomes illegible or damaged

Use the mini bike while sitting at home or at work to fortify your bloodcirculation and muscles. Place the
mini bike on a desk or table to train your arms and on the floor to train your legs.
