(i) Youareresponsibleforarrangingt heprovisionofservicesbyan
alternativeproviderafteryoucancelyourservicewith us.Thiswill
includewhereyoudecidetoreturntoyourpreviousprovider.Except
inthecaseof ournegligence,wewillnotbeliabletoyouforany loss
ofserviceorlackofcontinuityof servicearisingunderclause14(e)or
thisclause14(f) ,
(ii) Youmustreturnall equipmentsuppliedtoyouintact,ingood
conditionandintheoriginal packaging. Youmustcall ustogeta
returnauthorisationnumber. Wewillthensendyouasatcheltoreturn
theequipment.
(g) If youdonotreturntheequipmenttouswithin30daysof cancellingthe
servicewewillchargeyouthefullvalueoftheequipment(asdetailedinthe
pricingtableatwww.virginbroadband.com.au).
(h) Wewillchargeyoutheco stofrepairingor replacingany equipmentthatisnot
returnedtous orisreturnedtousdamaged.
(i) Youmustpay for:
(i) any usagechargesyouincuruptothecancellationdatewhicharenot
includedin yourincludedcallcomponentof yourpricingplan(such
ascallst omobilesnotontheVirginMobilenetwork,callstospecial
numbersandinternationalcalls), and
(ii) any supportorinstallationservicesperformedbyathirdparty supplier
foranyservicesperformedbythem.
(j) The30daymoneybackguaranteesetoutinthisclause14isinadd itiontoany
rightsyoumayhaveunderthestatutory warranties(seeclause13.2(b)o fthe
generalterms).
