(d) Wemayreferyou toathirdpartyfortechnicalsupportthatisofacomplex
nature, suchassettinguphomenetworks,fileorprintersharing,for
peripherals,suchasprinters,switches/hubs,USBhubs,mice,keyboards,third
party email programsandsomeinternetbrowsers. Thetermsandconditions
ofanythir dpartysuppliersapplytoanyservicessuppliedbythemandcharges
fortheirservicesarepayabledirectlytothem.
13 SUPPLIERANDTHIRDPARTYSERVICES
Youacknowledgethat:
(a) theservicereliesontheservicesof suppliersforitso perat ion,whoarenot
controlledby us,and
(b) wedonotexerciseanyco ntrolover,authoriseormakea nywarrantyregarding:
(i) yourrightorabilitytouse,accessortransmitanycontent usingthe
service,
(ii) theaccuracyo rcompletenessofany contentwhichyoumayuse,
accessortransmitusingtheservice,
(iii) theconsequencesof youusing,accessingortransmittingany content
usingtheservice,includingwithoutlimitationanyvirusorother
harmfulsoftware,and
(iv) anychargesw hichathirdpartymayimposeon youinconnectionwith
theirservicesaccessedviatheservice.
14 BROADBANDATHOME 30DAYMONEYBACKGUARANTEE
(a) Ifforanyreason youchangeyourmindabouttheBroadbandat Homeservice,
youcan cancelyourservicewithoutpenalty atanytimeupto30daysfromthe
dateyou receivethehomemodem.
(b) If youwantto cancel pleasecallCustomerServiceon1300555100,or email
usatsupport@virginbroadband.com.au. Youmustprovideuswiththe
followinginformation:yourname,addressandmobilenumber(ifapplicable);
yourhomephonenumber;and(wherepossible)abriefexplanationofwhy you
havedecidedtocancelyourservice.
(c) Thismoneybackguaranteecanonlybeclaimedonceatyourpremises.
(d) If yourhomephonenumberistransferredo rintheprocessof transferringto
us,youcannotclaim this30daymoneybackguarantee. Werecommendthat
youtransferyourphonenumberafter30days.
(e) Inmovingyourservices toBroadbandatHomebothweandyourexisting
providerwillmakechangestoyour telephonenetworkaccess. Wecannot
guaranteecontinuityof yourexistingtelephoneserviceif youcancelaft erwe
havestartedthetransferprocess.
