2. Click the text "Continue to this website (not recommended)".
The reason for the Internet Explorer is not recommending continuing is that typically the
self-signed certificates are not trusted in Internet. However, you can safely accept the
certificate that is signed by Viola Systems Ltd.
When you ignore the warning page and continue to the M2M GW's user interface the
Internet Explorer will remember the certificate. You will not get error for that certificate until
Internet Explorer is restarted.
3. Additionally, the Internet Explorer 7 may ask you to turn on the "Phishing filter", which is
not relevant to the connection of M2M GW (See Figure 25: Phishing filter).
