Bridging the gap...
The new Vision bluebridge
accessory extends the lower
range of payloads for each Vision
blue system. Quickly and simply
attaching to the underside of the
camera, it raises the camera
above the platform allowing lower
weight cameras
to be used that
would otherwise
be too light for
the counterbalance
system to balance perfectly.
Why Drag is important
To help you achieve the best possible
filming, Vinten’s Lubricated Friction
(LF) drag technology (resistance to
movement) helps prevent overshooting,
dampens out unwanted movements and
m
akes minor adjustment virtually
impossible to detect.
Vintens LF drag provides a higher level of
resistance at the start of any movement
when the most pressure is exerted.
Vintens infinite, rather than stepped
adjustment, enables you to select exactly
the level of drag to precisely match the
way you work.

A large knob on the back of the head adds or
subtracts spring tension so that (theoretically)
a camera can be held in place at any angle of tilt.
If you take the time to dial it in, it really works,
even with a camera that is within ten percent of
the head's maximal load limit.
