Instructions / Assembly
Locate the stand legs (Part O) and place on
level surface about 3.28 feet apart as in figure
1.

Locate center braces (Part P) and place on
top of the legs (Part O) so that the ends of the
braces curve upward as in figure 2.

Locate four 5.1” bolts (Part C) and medium
washers (Part D). Place medium washer (Part
D) onto bolt (Part C) as in figure 3.

Align holes on the top of each center brace
(Part P) with the holes on top of leg (Part O).
Place the 4 bolts through the aligned holes as
in figure 4.(Please note: Don’t tighten the
bolts with lock nuts and washers in this step in
order to assemble the wood stand easily)

Locate the upright sections (Part Q) and place
between the two center brace pieces (Part P)
as shown in Figure 5.

Align the two holes of upright sections (Part Q)
with the two holes in center brace pieces (Part
P). Place medium washer (Part D) onto the
7.1” bolts (Part B) and tap through the center
brace and upright pieces as shown in Figure
6.( Please note: Don’t tighten the bolts with
lock nuts and washers in this step in order to
assemble the wood stand easily)

Align the one hole of upright sections (Part Q)
with the one hole in leg (Part O) . Place
medium washer (Part D) onto the 5.1” bolt
(Part C) and tap through leg and upright
pieces as shown in Figure 7.(Please note:
Don’t tighten the bolts with lock nuts and
washers in this step in order to assemble the
wood stand easily)

Repeat step 5, step 6 and step 7 to align the
another upright and leg with bolts as shown in
Figure 8(Please note: Don’t tighten the bolts
with lock nuts and washers in this step in order
to assemble the wood stand easily)

Place the medium washers (Part D) and
medium lock-nuts (Part E) on the end of 10
bolts as shown in Figure 9.

Tighten 10 bolts securely using the medium
wrench (Part L) and socket wrench (Part A) as
shown in Figure 10. Repeat this procedure on
the second bolt until tighten all 10 bolts
Securely. (Please note this step is very
important to avoid the accidents)

Locate 14 plastic caps (Part I) on bolts as
shown in figure 11.(please note the opposite
side of 7.1” bolts needs 4 plastic caps)

Locate the eye-bolts (Part K) and place
through the hole on the top of the upright (Part
Q) with the eye facing the inside of the stand .
Place small washer (Part F) then small
lock-nut (Part G) onto the threaded end of the
eye-bolt (Part K) as in Figure 12.

Tighten Eye bolt(Part K) with the small wrench
(Part M) as in Figure 13.
