FERNBEDIENUNG Richten Sie die Fernbedienung mit deren Vorderseite direkt auf die Gerätefront, zwischen Fernbedienung und Gerät dürfen sich keine Gegenstände befinden. Achten Sie darauf dass Sie die Fernbedienung nicht schräg auf das Gerät richten, außerhalb eines Winkels von ±30° zur Mittelachse reagiert das Gerät eventuell schlechter auf Bedienversuche.

INSTALLATION Der Vorverstärker bildet zusammen mit dem Endverstärker ein System. Ihre Lautsprecher werden an die Endstufe angeschlossen, die Musik-Geräte (Quellen) an die Vorstufe. Um das Klangpotential der Komponenten voll auszuschöpfen, sollten nur hochwertige Verbindungskabel, beispielsweise Vincent Kabel, verwendet werden. Ihr Fachhändler wird Sie gern diesbezüglich beraten.
ANSCHLUSS AN DIE ENDSTUFE(N) Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Vor- und Endstufe sowohl symmetrisch (mittels einer XLR-Zwischen-verbindung) als auch unsymmetrisch (mit Cinch-Kabeln) zu verbinden. Es können bis zu vier Endstufenkanäle angeschlossen werden und somit auch entweder mehr als zwei Lautsprecher betrieben oder hochwertige Lautsprecher mit zwei Endstufen im Bi-Amping betrieben werden.
ANSCHLUSS DER QUELLGERÄTE Um dem Verstärkersystem die Musiksignale Ihrer Eingangsquellen (CD-Player, Tuner usw.) bereitzustellen, schließen Sie nun die entsprechenden AudioGeräte an. Das erreichen Sie, indem Sie die Signalausgänge (Output) der Quellgeräte mit den Eingängen (Input) der Vorstufe verbinden. Die Ausgangsanschlüsse sind meist mit “Output”, “Audio Out”, “Front OUT” oder “Line OUT” beschriftet.
ANSCHLUSS DES NETZKABELS Drücken Sie den Kaltgerätestecker des mitgelieferten Netzkabels fest in die Netzbuchse an der Geräterückwand. Verbinden Sie das andere Ende des Netzkabels mit einer Netzsteckdose. Hinweise zum Bi-Amping Diese Betriebsart ist nur mit den (unsymmetrischen) Cinch-Verbindungen und in Verbindung mit vier Endstufenkanälen (beispielsweise zwei StereoEndstufen) möglich, welche wie unter (1) beschrieben angeschlossen werden.
Die Stummschaltung kann sowohl an der Gerätefront als auch über die Fernbedienung betätigt werden. Sie schaltet das Ausgangssignal der Vorstufe und dadurch die Lautsprecher ab. Durch erneutes Betätigen wird die ursprünglich eingestellte Lautstärke wiederhergestellt. Anzeige Display MUTE Stummschaltung MUTING Betätigen dieser Taste aktiviert eine Pegeldämpfung um 10dB. INSTALLATION Pre- and main amplifier compose the amplifier used in High-End systems. They must be interconnected. Your loudspeakers will be connected to the main amplifier, your audio sources to the pre-amplifier. To achieve best performance only quality interconnection cables as produced by Vincent should be utilized. Consult your audio specialist dealer. Remove plastic protective covers Prior to the first installation, remove the plastic protective covers on RCA and XLR connectors.
MAIN AMPLIFIER CONNECTION You can choose between symmetrical (using RCA connectors) or unsymmetrical (using XLR connectors) interconnection of your pre- and power-amplifiers. Up to four main amplifier channels can be connected. So more than two loudspeakers can be supplied or two speakers can be used biwiring or biamping them.
AUDIO SOURCE CONNECTIONS To provide your audio system with the input signals (from CD-Players, Tuners etc.) connect their stereo audio outputs to the inputs of this pre-amplifier using RCA and XLR connections. The output connectors of your source devices are mostly named “Output”, “Audio Out”, “Front OUT” or “Line OUT”. Inputs „Line1“ to „Line 5“ represent standard high level audio inputs. 1 LINE OUT 1 BALANCE The „balanced“ input can only be connected to a device equipped with symmetrical output.
POWER CABLE CONNECTION To establish the power supply push the plug of the power cable into the AC socket on the back panel and connect the plug on the other side of the cable to a 220V-240V AC wall outlet. Notes on Bi-Amping This mode of operation can only be set up using (unsymmetrical) RCA-interconnections and four main amplifier channels, for example two stereo main amplifiers connected as seen in (1). Additionally the speakers must be suited for this.
The mute function can be activated at the pre-amplifier front panel or using the remote controller buttons. It cuts off the pre-amplifier output signal and thereby silences loudspeakers and headphones of your system. The next push at the button will recover the original volume. Enlever les capuchons de protection Avant la première installation, retirez les capuchons protecteurs en plastique des connecteurs Cinch et XLR.
CONNEXION À L'AMPLIFICATEUR FINAL (ou aux amplificateurs finaux) Vous avez le choix entre une connexion symétrique (au moyen d'un connecteur XLR) ou une connexion asymétrique (au moyen de connecteurs Cinch) de votre préamplificateur et de votre amplificateur final. CONNEXIONS DE SOURCES AUDIO Pour fournir des signaux de musique de vos sources audio (lecteur de CD, tuner, etc.) à votre amplificateur, branchez maintenant ces appareils en connectant leurs sorties audio (Output) aux entrées (Input) du préamplificateur. Les connecteurs de sortie sont le plus souvent marqués « Output », « Audio Out », « Front OUT » ou « Line OUT ». L'entrée « balanced » ne peut être connectée qu'à 1 LINE OUT 1 BALANCE un appareil qui possède une sortie symétrique.
CONNEXION DU CÂBLE SECTEUR Enfoncez fermement la fiche du câble secteur fourni dans la prise à l'arrière de l'appareil. Connectez l'autre extrémité du câble secteur à une prise secteur.
