E. Selecting Function
The K-2000-DVA can function as either an Alarm Dialer or a Storecaster. To select the Alarm Dialer mode enter ##1.
To select the Storecaster mode enter ##2.
D. Security Code (memory location #90)
The security code allows the user/installer to
program the K-2000-DVA remotely. The facto-
ry set security code is 845464 (V-I-K-I-N-G). It
is recommended that the security code be
changed. Example: To store 654321 as the
security code:
Step 1. Access programming as shown in Programming section A.
Step 2. Enter 654321 #90.
Step 3. Exit Programming as shown in section A.
Note: The security code must be 6 digits, cannot include a

or a #, and cannot
be set the same as the remote access code.
