How to use it on PS4?
l Insert the 3.5mm audio jack into the Gamepad.
l Long pressing the PS4 button to enter the system settings.
l Select "Adjust Sound and Devices" ---> "Output to the headphones" ---> "All Audio".
l If you have selected "Chat Audio", you can hear the conversation only.
How to use it on Xbox Controller?
l Please make sure you are using the latest version of Xbox. Past version of Xbox did not have
3.5mm audio port, it needs an adaptor.
l Once you plug the Xbox controller into the PC, make sure the software drive is installed, and
the controller light is on.
l The 3.5mm audio jack on the headphones should be fully plugged into the controller.
l After you see the option "Headsets (Xbox Controller)" in the PC audio output settings, you
can use the headphones normally then.
Regarding Compatibility
l Compatible with the latest version of laptops, Xbox one, PS4, Nintendo Switch, mobile
phone, tablet.
l NOT compatible with iPhone and other apple devices.
