Installation Instructions
Layout and ground preparation
Layout your design using a garden hose or rope
Due to varying soil conditions and to ease installation, it is highly recommended to
moisten the ground along your layout and pierce the ground about 2 inches deep with a
flat spade shovel along the length of your design
Design selection and product installation
Choose one of two designs to face outward (lattice or plain)
Starting at one end of your edging design insert individual pieces in the pierced soil with
the use of hands. You may use the “grade level” marking as a guide on each piece or
install to your desired depth. NOTE: DO NOT use a hammer or other metal tipped tool as
the product will be prone to cracking.
Use of garden gloves recommended during installation
Insert each additional piece into the hinged connection point of the previous one
installed by sliding it straight down (see figure 1). Continue installing additional pieces
until your design is complete
Angular or curved designs
Angular and curved designs can be created easily
Before inserting into the ground, connect two pieces together in your hands. Once the
pieces are fully inserted together (see figure 2), you can rotate them to the desired
angle. Note: if you try to rotate the pieces to form an angle before they are fully
connected, you may break the hinge point
Install additional pieces as desired to complete your design
Note: Over time, it may be necessary to check your installation for ground heaving. With the
use of hands, simply push the pieces back in the ground.
