• On-demand/Manual start-stop recording
USB Phone 2 PC Advanced
• Allows for voice-activated and on-demand recording. Ability to
bookmark and annotate recordings. Ability to edit (cut and crop)
recordings.
USB Phone 2 PC Secure
• Creates an encapsulated le indicating that the integrity of the
original recording is intact for required evidentiary purposes
USB Phone 2 PC Call Center
• Can function in three modes:
• “Supervisor Mode” provides all the capabilities of the Advanced
• “Agent On-Demand” provides start, stop, pause ability to the
agents for scenarios that require only a portion of a call to be
recorded
• “Agent Logger” allows for a secured recording environment
eliminating ability of user to have any access to or control over
the recording process
