MiVoice MX-One ®
The MiVoice MX-ONE multimedia communications server is the
foundation for enabling complete integration of true multimedia,
Unied Communications & Collaboration (UCC) applications and
mobility in the enterprise. By integrating voice, video and IM
with mobility, MiVoice MX-ONE is a full-featured communication server bringing new dimensions to the modern enterprise. With its
fully distributed architecture, the MiVoice MX-ONE solution can be deployed with or without dedicated media gateway hardware
(Softswitch only) in a centralized or distributed fashion as a single logical system or alternatively as networked systems across
hundreds of geographically dispersed locations – and is scalable from 300-500,000 users.
Clearspan
Clearspan® is a carrier-grade, pure SIP softswitch for very large enterprises. It cost eectively
scales from 1,500 to over 100,000 users. Clearspan has a full suite of applications built in, such
as unied messaging, conferencing, xed mobile convergence, and desktop integration. It
integrates seamlessly with popular collaboration platforms, and includes a robust interface for
integration with customer business processes. Clearspan oers classic PBX-like services, but
also a rich set of enhanced services including unied messaging, xed-mobile convergence,
interactive voice response, business conferencing and contact center applications.

When technical services are needed Jenne customers can rest a
little easier knowing Jenne’s technical support is available Monday
through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, at no cost. Emergency out of
hours support is available at a minimal cost. Our technical sta has
200 years of combined experience in the telecommunications industry
and has completed all manufacturer certications necessary for Tier 2
technical support.
Technical Support also oers for a fee:
• Staging Service that performs all the preliminary conguration,
licensing and upgrades enabling you to rapidly deploy systems on
your customers’ networks or as a stand-alone unit.
• Programming and Provisioning Service is also available subject to a completed data collection document provided by
the reseller.
Jenne stands behind our staging service and oers a one year advance replacement on all SME staged equipment,
control units, internal cards and modules.
