When technical services are needed Jenne customers can rest a

little easier knowing Jenne’s technical support is available Monday

through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, at no cost. Emergency out of

hours support is available at a minimal cost. Our technical sta has

200 years of combined experience in the telecommunications industry

and has completed all manufacturer certications necessary for Tier 2

technical support.

Technical Support also oers for a fee:

• Staging Service that performs all the preliminary conguration,

licensing and upgrades enabling you to rapidly deploy systems on

your customers’ networks or as a stand-alone unit.

• Programming and Provisioning Service is also available subject to a completed data collection document provided by

the reseller.

Jenne stands behind our staging service and oers a one year advance replacement on all SME staged equipment,

control units, internal cards and modules.
