10.1 Assemble Baffle DMD to HSG DMD (Fig. 10-1)
10.2 Assemble Chip B/D Module to HSG DMD and fasten the screw(Fig. 10-2)

10.3 Fasten shoulder screw Sequence as blow (Fig. 10-3)
i. Pre-fastening Sequence: [ 1 ] - [ 2 ] - [ 3 ] - [ 4 ]
ii. Fastening Sequence [ 2 ] - [ 1 ] - [ 4 ] - [ 3 ]
iii. Screw Torque must be confirmed to be 2.5 kg-cm.
