When the card is configured this way, Windows NT Ports control panel should have the following port set-
tings:
COM IRQ Address
1 4 3f8
2 3 2f8
3 5 3e8
4 10 2e8
Or like this for a single card:

These cards maybe added individually to add one extra serial port. In order to ensure proper operation,
they need at least one slot between the two cards.
