Click the Task Distribution tab. This tab is where task and bandwidth set-
tings are configured. In Ipro eCapture most tasks are related to the Discovery
process and most of these tasks will generate other tasks. The tasks are cre-
ated and distributed to the Workers by the Queue Manager. There are two
bandwidth settings: System-wide and Worker. Bandwidth measures the
amount of data that can be sent over a specific connection. See the following
two options (System-wide Bandwidth and Worker Bandwidth) for a description
of Bandwidth as it relates to Ipro eCapture.
• System-wide Bandwidth Throttle: Determines the total task
bandwidth acceptance for the Ipro eCapture environment. A set-
ting of 1000 (default) will allow for distribution of tasks across the
