Reactivate a Client
1. Choose Tools > Reactivate Client from the Ipro eCapture Controller
menu bar. The Reactivate Client dialog appears.
2. Select the Client from the list.
3. Click OK.
Ipro eCapture Controller Interface
The Ipro eCapture Controller main desktop is divided into two parts: a static
Job Queue Pane located in the upper half and three separate screens accessed
by tabs in the lower half. These tabs are:
• Client Management
• Worker Status Information
• Queue Status Information
Click these tabs at any time to see more information about the jobs that are in
the Job Queue pane.
