If any errors are encountered, they are shown in the Description column
at the end of the path.
4. Click to open the Save Validation Report dialog.
5. Accept or change the filename. The default extension is .CSV.
6. Click Save.
Creating a Data Extract Import (Pro-
cessing) Job
The Data Extract Import Processing Job uses the data culled during the review
process from the file that was generated through a Data Extraction Export Job.
Supported formats are one ItemID per line. Valid formats include:
1223
1224
1228
Also:
“1223”
“1224”
“1228”
However, suffixed image key numbers are not supported. For example, these
would be invalid:
“1223”. “Jo Green”
“1224”, “Lou Brown”
1. Select Processing Jobs underneath the Custodian.
2. Click the alternate mouse button to display the context menu.
3. Select New Processing Job. The Processing Job dialog appears.
