Exporting Existing Jobs and Contain-
ers for the Custodian
A list of existing Jobs or Containers for the Custodian may be exported for
reporting purposes as well as checking the required formatting required for
importing Jobs into a Custodian. If there are no Jobs or Containers in the Cus-
todian, the .CSV file will display the column headers only.
1. From the Client Management tree view, select the Custodian.
2. From the Information Panel, do one of the following:
• Click the Jobs tab.
Click to open the Save As dialog.
Navigate to the location where the file will be saved. A default
filename appears in the File Name field:
Jobs_[Custodian Name]_year_month_day_[hr_min].CSV
Click Save. The .CSV file will contain the following column head-
ers:
•Job Name
•Container Name
• Container Path
• Click the Containers tab.
Click to open the Save As dialog.
Navigate to the location where the file will be saved. A default
filename appears in the File Name field:
Containers_[Custodian Name]_year_month_day_[hr_min].CSV
Click Save. The .CSV file will contain the following column head-
