For solar heating systems Viessmann
recommends placement of the DHW tank
temperature sensor of the solar control in
the solar collector return (SCR). This
requires a brass elbow with sensor well
included in the accessory pack.
The DHW tank temperature sensor of the
boiler control is placed in the SW1 sensor
well (see installation example on page 8).
