Use contactor to switch pump.
For activating the contactor:

Recommended connection

Please ensure that all connections and
cable gauge comply with local and
national codes.
1.Select the contactor and the
connecting cable in accordance with
the rating of the pump that is to be
connected.
2.Connect the pump and power supply
to the contactor.
3.Connect contactor coil to the
corresponding terminals.
