1.3 Packungsinhalt überprüfen
Kontrollieren Sie den Lieferumfang auf Vollständigkeit:
- Zweifach-Blinkgerät
- 2 Glühlampen mit je 2 Anschlusskabeln
- 2 Glühlampensockel (außer Art. 5029)
- Blaulichtbalken (nur bei Art. 5029)
- 4 Stecker
- 2 Schrauben
- Anleitung
2. Einbau
- Vor dem Einbau auf Funktion prüfen.
- Führen Sie die Kabel der Glühlampen von oben durch den
Glühlampensockel und stecken den Glühlampenkörper in
den Sockel (nicht bei Art. 5029).
- Zerlegen Sie das Fahrzeug, in welches Sie die Glühlampen
einbauen möchten, und bohren an den Einbaustellen in die
Karosserie ein Loch (Ø 3 mm).
- Versehen Sie den waagerechten Rand des Glühlampenso-
ckels mit Glühbirne mit etwas Klebstoff und stecken Sie ihn
von innen in das zuvor gebohrte Loch der Karosserie und
drücken ihn leicht an.
- Bei Art. 5029 stecken Sie die Sockel des Blaulichtbalkens
mit den Anschlusskabeln von außen in die Bohrungen.
- Bauen Sie das Fahrzeug wieder zusammen und führen die
Kabel an den Radkästen heraus.
- Bohren Sie an den Ausgangsstellen der Kabel (auf Höhe der
Radkästen) ein Loch (Ø 2 mm) in die Anlagenplatte. Führen
Sie die Kabel durch die Löcher hindurch nach unten.
- Befestigen Sie das Blinkgerät mit den beiliegenden Schrau-
ben unter der Anlagenplatte in der Nähe des Lochs mit den
beiden Kabeln.
3. Anschluss
Vorsicht:
Der Betrieb mit Gleichspannung ist nicht zulässig, da es dadurch
zur Überhitzung der angeschlossenen Glühlampen und so zum
Schmelzen von Kunststoffteilen des Modellfahrzeugs kommen kann!
Schließen Sie ein Kabel der Glühlampe an den Ausgang L1 des
Blinkgeräts und das andere Kabel an die braune Ausgangsbuch-
se eines Wechselstrom-Modellbahntransformators an (Abb. 1).
Schließen Sie das Blinkgerät laut Abb.1 an.

1. Important information
Please read this manual completely and attentively before using
the product for the first time. Keep this manual. It is part of the
product.
1.1 Safety instructions
Caution:
Risk of injury!
Tools are required for installation.
Electrical hazard!
Never put the connecting wires into a power socket! Regularly
examine the transformer for damage. In case of any damage,
do not use the transformer!
Make sure that the power supply is switched off when you
mount the device and connect the cables!
Only use VDE/EN tested special model train transformers
for the power supply!
The power sources must be protected to prevent the risk of
burning cables.
1.2 Using the product for its correct purpose
This product is intended:
- For installation in model train layouts and dioramas.
- For connection to an authorized model train transformer
(e. g. item 5200).
- For operation in dry rooms only.
Using the product for any other purpose is not approved and is
considered inappropriate. The manufacturer is not responsible
for any damage resulting from the improper use of this product.
1.3 Checking the package contents
Check the contents of the package for completeness:
- Double blinker electronics
- 2 bulbs with each 2 connection cables
- 2 bulb sockets (except item 5029)
- Blue light bar (only with item 5029)
- 4 plugs
- 2 screws
- Manual
2. Mounting
- Check the function before mounting.
- Insert the cables of the bulb from above through the bulb
socket and insert the lamp body into the socket. Not valid
for item 5029.
- Disassemble the vehicle in which you would like to mount
the bulb and drill a hole (Ø 3 mm) into the car body at the
installation points.
- Cover the horizontal collar of the bulb socket with glue and
insert it from inside into the previously drilled hole in the body
and press it slightly.
- With item 5029 insert the sockets of the blue light bar with
the connection cables from outside into the holes.
- Reassemble the vehicle and lead the cables out of the wheel
arches.
- Drill a hole (Ø 2 mm) into the plate at the output points of the
cables (at the height of the wheel arches). Lead the cables
through the holes.
- Fix the blinker electronics with the enclosed screws under
the plate next to the hole with the two cables.
