is dependent on ambient temperature,
system capacity, and test pressure but
shall not be more than 8 psi in an hour.
Test shall be conducted
when significant changes to
temperature are not
expected. Please note
significant changes in ambient
temperature also can affect system
pressure.
6. Due to the normal contraction of the
MANABLOC in extremely cold
weather, the tie rods may appear
loose. This is normal. DO NOT
tamper with the tie rods, they are
factory pre-set.
DO NOT ALLOW FLUIDS
TO FREEZE IN THE
MANABLOC SYSTEM!
Fluids freezing in the
MANABLOC will damage the unit.
WATER (NOT ANTIFREEZE
SOLUTION) MUST BE
PURGED OR DRAINED
FROM THE SYSTEM IF
TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO
FALL BELOW FREEZING (32˚F, 0˚C).
Low pressure compressed air can be
used for purging.
