ZERO LEAD
References to Zero Lead throughout this publication means product
meeting the requirements of NSF 61-G through testing under
NSF/ ANSI Standard 372 (0.25% or less percent maximum weighted
average lead content). A few states already require meeting those
requirements for plumbing fittings used in cooking and drinking
water systems and federal law taking effect January 1, 2014 will
make the requirements applicable to all states.
