4.8.2 Viega ProPress Stainless 2½" to 4" Installation
WARNING!
Read and understand all instructions for
installing Viega ProPress Stainless 2½" to 4"
ttings. Failure to follow all instructions may
result in extensive property damage, serious
injury, or death.
Use only rings that are compatible with ProPress
2½" to 4" ttings.
■ Use of incompatible rings will result in an improper
connection.
■ Do not mix actuators and rings from dierent
manufacturers.
■ Do not use rings intended for XL Bronze ttings.
▶ Check the sealing element, separator ring, and grip ring for correct t:
■ The tube end is not bent or damaged.
■ The tube is deburred.
■ The correct sealing element is in the tting.
