MANAPANEL™ Access Door Installation
The MANAPANEL is ideal for use with many plumbing applications like the MANABLOC® Manifold control unit or
easy access to tub and shower valves, re sprinkler valves or radiant heating manifolds.
The MANAPANEL access door installs in minutes. Attractive center panel removes to ensure full access.
MANAPANEL is designed to t between 16” on center framing.
Assembly instructions:
1. Use model # and chart below to determine proper size cut out.
2. At desired location, cut and remove section of dry wall (Fig. 1).
3. With panel removed, place frame into opening with small slots at bottom and frame resting on bottom of opening.
4. Lift frame up 1/4" and use provided hardware to secure frame to studs being careful not to overtighten (Fig. 2).
5. Insert top edge of removable panel into the upper frame slot, then while pushing the panel in, lower into bottom
slots of frame. (Reverse sequence for removal.)
NOTE: If other than 16" on-center framing, appropriate anchors will be needed.
