Smart Connect Feature
Viega PEX Press Polymer includes the Smart Connect
feature providing quick easy identification of unpressed
connections during the pressure testing process.
Unpressed connections are located by pressurizing the
system to 0.5 PSI to 100 PSI. The Smart Connect feature
is an integral part of the fitting design assuring leakage of
an unpressed connection. Once the fitting is pressed it will
create a leak-proof, permanent connection.
