MegaPressG 2½" to 4"
Now available in sizes ½" to 4", Viega MegaPressG with an HNBR
sealing element is the 󶈵rst press 󶈵tting system for carbon steel pipe
approved for use in gas and fuel oil applications, and the only gas
press 󶈵tting in the 2½" to 4" size range on the market.
Viega MegaPressG is ideal for industrial, commercial and residential
applications and performs well in both new installations and retro󶈵t
projects. Tested to the strictest standards in North America,
Viega MegaPressG joins carbon steel pipe reliably through the
engineered design of the 󶈵ttings and a battery-powered press tool.
MegaPress 3-Piece Ball Valves
Three-piece ball valves are now available for MegaPress and
MegaPress Stainless in ½" to 2" sizes. The ball valves are available
in carbon steel and stainless steel for all your application needs. The
same bene󶈵ts you have come to know and trust with Viega’s
MegaPres 󶈵ttings are now available in MegaPress 3-piece valves.
MegaPress FKM
Viega MegaPress FKM has added ½" to 2" sizes to the already
existing 2½" to 4" line, making it the 󶈵rst and only clean, secure and
e󶈷cient choice for joining ½" to 4" carbon steel pipe with an FKM
sealing element. Meticulously engineered, MegaPress FKM is
suitable for renovations, repairs or installation of new carbon steel
pipe systems. Viega MegaPress FKM can even be installed on
noncombustible non󶈶ammable lines that are not completely shut
down, eliminating the need to fully drain a system, and shortening
repair and installation time. It is approved for use in hydronic
heating, compressed air, 󶈵re protection, cooling water applications
and many more.
MegaPress 316 FKM
MegaPress Stainless press 󶈵ttings in 316 stainless steel are the
industry’s 󶈵rst press 󶈵ttings for Schedule 5 to Schedule 40 piping
systems. Save labor cost and system downtime with press 󶈵ttings in
a wide variety of con󶈵gurations, available in sizes ½" to 4".
Viega MegaPress Stainless 316 is the most corrosion-resistant alloy
we o󶈴er, and with an FKM sealing element being compatible with
the most applications, this winning combination – which is made to
order – is suitable for use with hydronic applications, compressed
air, potable water, chemical media and many more.
MegaPress Press-In Branch Connector
The MegaPress Press-In Branch Connector is an innovative way to
create branches from main runs or install instrumentation onto
existing piping. The branch connector installs onto either Schedule
10 or Schedule 40 carbon steel pipe in sizes 1½" through 4", as well
as 6", and has a ¾" FPT outlet. As with other MegaPress products,
it can be installed on partially drained systems, further reducing
downtime during installation. The MegaPress Press-In
Branch Connector is approved for use in hydronic heating, cooling
water applications, compressed gases and many more, thanks to a
variety of sealing elements.
