4.2 Reply address
Because the Fax Server cannot receive E-mail the E-mails sent by the Fax Server
require another reply address.
• Press CHANGE

Use the numerical keys to enter the E-mail reply address.
• Press STORE

4.3 SMTP server IP address
The Fax Server uses the IP address of the SMTP server to send E-mail. In case a
local SMTP server is used the IP number can be entered directly. In case of an
SMTP server outside the network both the Gateway

• Press CHANGE

Use the numerical keys to enter the IP address of the SMTP server. Both an IP
number or IP name are allowed. In case an IP name is used the DNS server
needs to be configured. See § 4.7 for details.
• Press STORE

STORE to save the IP address of the SMTP server.
