Standard 1 channel will be recorded and optional it can easily be upgraded up to 4 recording

Compatibility
The Call Recorder VoIP can record from SIP telephones but can
also handle a number of VoIP protocols like Cisco, Unify, Avaya,
Alcatel and more. Vidicode will strive to keep developing the
software to record new or changed protocols, but cannot be
responsible for any incompatibility due to sudden changes by
PBX manufacturers. For the latest compatibility list consult the
Vidicode website or ask your supplier for advise.

Software
It is the combination of software and hardware that makes
the Call Recorder VoIP into the care-free solution it was
designed to be. The software automatically records your calls
in the background without the need to have it active on the
screen. At any time when you want to listen to the recordings
you simply start the user interface and any call can be found
quickly and easily. The software allows you to set a time-limit
on how long calls will be stored, a useful setting to save space
and to comply to privacy regulations. Furthermore there is a
special “sub-archive” function that enables a supervisor to
import calls from other Call Recorder VoIP systems into his
own database, making the Call Recorder VoIP suitable for
small and intermediate Call Centers.
