Digital Vandal Resistant (DDA – Disability Friendly)
■ Digital audio/video DDA systems are based on the
market leading VX2200 2 wire audio and 6 wire non
coax video systems.
■ Door panels can be manufactured with up to 6 large back
lit tactile call buttons with Braille embossed decal (panels
requiring more buttons will be supplied from the digital
VX2200 range of audio or video door panels).
■ Audio/video door panels are manufactured from
12 SWG stainless steel and are fitted with high
quality audio amplifiers.
■ All digital DDA panels incorporate a 2 line 16 character back
lit LCD visitor information display, which informs the visitor
at what stage the call is in English text (this information is
user programmable via PC and can include tenants names.)
■ For people with sight problems the door panels can
also contain a speech module, this will annunciate
messages informing the visitor of the stage at
which the call has reached.
■ CCD mono or colour cameras are available to
all digital panels.
■ A full range of telephones and videophones are
available, and include options for privacy switch
with LED indication and door open LED indication.
■ All telephone and videophones have a 3 position
call tone volume switch and incorporate a plug-in
replaceable handset cord.
