Digital Systems | VX 2200 Digital System
The market leading VX2200 is based on digital technology requiring only two wires for audio and
depending on system size 6 wires for video (no coax required).
The system can incorporate up to 10 digital or functional door panels which are available from the 800 series, 4000
series or the vandal resistant range of door panels, all door panels can incorporate DDA facilities to assist the less able.
All digital door panels have a two line 16 character visitor information display and comprehensive call progress annunciation
as standard. The VX2200 will support up to 180 apartments with the standard range of two wire telephones or videophones,
(the system will support up to 255 apartments using the special Art.3161 or 3162 telephone handset). Digital control
units incorporate as standard a 2 amp power supply with battery backup facilities and a BST/GMT time clock, which are
housed in a lockable wall mounting enclosure, an additional 20 volt power supply is added when the system
is to be used for video.

contain a BST/GMT trade time clock.
