Before starting any operation, make sure the power supply is disconnected. 6.1 Installation 01 6.1.1 Installing the pump tank If using the pump at temperatures below 3°C (37.4°F) add some antifreeze liquid to the water. The antifreeze liquid will cause irreparable damage to the germanium glasses.

Their value is shown on the product identification label. 6.1.4.2 Collegamento della pompa e degli allarmi 6.1.4.3 Collegamento del tergicristallo Nel caso si utilizzi un brandeggio dotato di tergicristallo, tralasciare le indicazioni riportate di seguito e seguire quelle del relativo manuale. Connettere il brandeggio ai contatti del morsetto J9 come descritto nella tabella successiva. Tale soluzione è particolarmente indicata nel caso si utilizzino custodie stand alone. Inserire la scheda nel connettore J8 e fare riferimento ai seguenti contatti del morsetto J9 (Fig. 7, pagina 5). Controllo da remoto tramite scheda opzionale DTWRX 6.1.

6 Assemblage et installation L’assemblage et l’installation doivent être effectués par un personnel qualifié. Sectionner l'alimentation avant de procéder à toute opération. 6.1.1 Installation du réservoir de la pompe Manuel d'instructions - Français - FR 01 6.1 Installation 02 En cas d’utilisation à des températures inférieures à 3°C ajouter à l’eau le liquide antigel. Le liquide antigel endommage irrémédiablement les verres au germanium.
6.1.2 Choisir la ligne d'alimentation 6.1.4 Connexion de la carte Selon la version, différentes tensions d'alimentation peuvent être fournies au dispositif. Leur valeur est reportée sur l'étiquette d'identification du produit. Localiser sur la carte de contrôle de la pompe la position de: fusibles (01), borne d’alimentation J1 (02), connecteur essuie-glace J7 (03), borne de contrôle J9 (04) et connecteur J8 carte optionnelle DTWRX (05).
6.1.4.2 Branchement de la pompe et des alarmes 6.1.4.3 Branchement de l'essuie-glace Si vous utilisez une tourelle équipée d'un essuie-glace, abandonner les indications cidessous et suivre les consignes du manuel correspondant. Raccorder la tourelle aux contacts de la borne J0 comme décrit dans le tableau suivant.
6.1.4.4 Contrôle à distance par carte optionnelle DTWRX FR - Français - Manuel d'instructions La carte en option DTWRX permet d'activer l'essuieglace et la pompe à distance, au moyen d'un clavier. Cette solution est particulièrement indiquée si vous utilisez des caissons stand alone. Insérer la carte dans le connecteur J8 et se référer aux contacts de la borne J9 suivants (Fig. 7, page 5).
6.1.5.3 Pompe avec hauteur de remontée de 30m 6.1.6 Installation du lave-vitre (ULISSE) Pour fixer la base au support, utiliser les vis (05), les rondelles (06), les joints pour vis (07) et le joint (08) fourni en équipement. Régler la position de l’indicateur de niveau et du poids. Après avoir fixé le support (01), placer le support tube lave-vitre (03) dans la position désirée. 220mm Fixer la base sur le support au moyen des vis fournies (05). Fig.

6 Zusammenbau und Installation Zusammenbau und Installation sind qualifizierten Fachleuten vorbehalten. Unterbrechen Sie die Stromversorgung, bevor die beschriebenen Arbeiten durchgeführt werden. 01 6.1 Installation Bedienungslanleitung - Deutsch - DE 02 6.1.1 Installation des Pumpenbehälters Im Betrieb bei Temperaturen unter 3°C, geben Sie dem Wasser etwas Frostschutz. Das Frostschutzmittel schädigt das Germaniumglas irreparabel.
6.1.2 Wahl der Stromversorgung 6.1.4 Anschluss der Platine Je nach Version kann die Vorrichtung mit unterschiedlichen Versorgungsspannungen geliefert werden. Ihr Wert ist auf dem Typenschild des Produktes angegeben. Feststellen, wo sich auf der Pumpensteuerplatine die folgenden Elemente befinden: Schmelzsicherungen (01), Versorgungsklemme J1 (02), Verbinder Scheibenwischer J7 (03), Prüfklemme J9 (04) und Verbinder J8 der Zusatzplatine DTWRX (05).
6.1.4.2 Anschluss der Pumpe und der Alarme 6.1.4.3 Anschluss des Scheibenwischers Schwenk-Neige-Kopf an die Kontakte der Klemme J9 entsprechend der Beschreibung in der folgenden Tabelle anschließen. Wird ein Schenk-Neige-Kopf mit Scheibenwischer verwendet, sind die nachfolgenden Anweisungen außer Acht zu lassen und die des entsprechenden Handbuches zu befolgen.
6.1.5 Installation der Pumpen 6.1.4.4 Fernsteuerung oder über Zusatzplatine DTWRX Über die optionale Karte DTWRX können der Scheibenwischer und die Pumpe remote, über die Tastatur aktiviert werden. Diese Lösung eignet sich besonders für Stand-Alone-Gehäuse. Die Karte in den Verbindungsstecker J8 einführen und auf folgende Kontakte der Klemme J9 Bezug nehmen (Abb. 7, Seite 5).
6.1.5.3 Pumpe mit 30m Förderhöhe Die Position der Standanzeige und des Gewichtes einstellen. 220mm 120mm Den Kanister mit Wasser füllen und in den Metallkäfig einsetzen. Achten Sie darauf, daß der Wasseranschluß mit Vater- und Mutterteil (01) korrekt eingesetzt wird. Schwimmer in den Behälter legen und den Verschluss zuschrauben. Überzeugen Sie sich, daß aus dem Vorlaufanschluß der Pumpe (02) eine kleine Menge Wasser austritt.
