Troubleshooting
Although the DTRXDC receiver is characterized by a great ease of use, sometimes troubles may occur, especially
during the installation and configuration phases or using the unit..
Led LD8 is off
• No power supplied to the unit
• The fuse is blown
• Check the power cord
• Replace the F1 fuse
Led LD8 is on.
The instruction are not
executed
• Wrong configuration of the reception
• Wrong connection
• Wrong DTRXDC identification
• Wrong speed
• The unit is blocked
• Control the JP1 jumper
• Check the connecting cables
• Control the DTRXDC identification number
• Check the position of switches 6 and 7 of
dip-switch SW2
• Press the BP1 reset button or turn off the
power
The Pan & Tilt does not
work
• Wrong connection of Pan & Tilt • Check the connection cables of Pan & Tilt
The lens does not work
• Wrong lens voltage
• Wrong connection of lens
• Check the connection cables of lens
• Control the adjustment of the TR1 trimmer
In a cascade connection,
the units which follow do
not receive the user’s
commands
• Wrong connection
• Wrong configuration of the reception
• Wrong speed
• Check the connetion cables
• Check the jumper JP1
• Check the position of switches 6 and 7 of
dip-switch SW2
