Maintenance
The CBZ220/CBZ24 keyboard doesn’t need a special maintenance.
Make sure they always rest on a solid base, and that the power supply and connection cables do not hinder the
operator.
Switch off the appliance to clean it. Clean the keyboard at regular intervals with a cotton dry cloth, avoiding the
use of detergents or wet cloths.
Solution of installation problems
Even if the CBZ220/CBZ24 keyboard are easy to use, some problems may arise during installation, configuration or
use.
Problem Possible cause Remedy
At the swicthing on, the
POWER led does not turn on
Power supply disconnected Check the power supply cable
Improper power supply Check the identification data
The fuse is blown Replace the fuse
The keys work, but the pan &
tilt does not respond
Incorrect connections Check the connections between the
keyboard and the pan & tilt
The voltage supplied by the CBZ220/CBZ24
does not correspond to the voltage required by
the pan & tilt
Check the keyboard and pan & tilt

The keys work, but the zoom
lens does not respond
