b. Access shall be by authorized log-in, requiring a unique log-in name and valid

1) Permissions shall be controllable on five levels: execute, view, update,
create, and delete
2) Default system permission records shall be provided for ease-of-use in
administration
3) No limit to the number of permissions defined
