Situation 8: The router cannot work due to product impact.
There are two main reasons and suggestions for the product's failure to work.
1. The distance between the product and the router is too close. We suggest that you keep a distance
of at least 5 meters between the product and the router.
2. Router failure, we suggest that you replace the router before evaluation.

Situation 9: Short battery life
There are two main reasons and suggestions for the short battery life of the product.
1. The parent terminal is not fully charged. We suggest that you keep charging for two hours at a time.
2. The temperature of the parents is too low. We suggest you use the product at normal room
temperature.
3. Parents operate too frequently. According to personal needs, the more operation time and times, the
less battery life.
4. It is recommended that you set vox mode in the menu, so as to improve the battery life of the
product.
